AerialFlix Terms and Conditions

These Client Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the provision of any services (the "Services") provided to you ("you," "your," or "Client") by AerialFlix LLC (the "Company," "AerialFlix," "we," or "us").

By booking our services, visiting our website, or otherwise engaging with AerialFlix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services Provided

AerialFlix offers professional drone services, including but not limited to:

  • FPV Fly-Through Tours

  • Commercial Aerial Videography

  • Live Event Coverage

  • Action Sports Filming

  • Real Estate and Facility Marketing

  • Disaster Response Documentation

Services are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon execution of a signed agreement and deposit.

Booking & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) is required to confirm a booking.

  • Final payment is due upon delivery of the final edited content unless otherwise specified in writing.

  • Delays in payment may result in withheld deliverables or late fees.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled shoot may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the project quote.

  • AerialFlix reserves the right to reschedule in the event of unsafe weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or equipment failure.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

  • All filming locations are accessible and safe to operate drones.

  • Proper permissions are secured for private properties or restricted areas.

  • All necessary talent, location, or event releases are obtained before filming.

FAA Compliance & Safety

AerialFlix operates in full compliance with FAA regulations, including Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification and appropriate airspace authorization when required. Safety is our top priority, and any non-compliant conditions may result in cancellation without refund.

Ownership & Usage Rights

  • AerialFlix retains copyright ownership of all footage and media unless otherwise stated.

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use final deliverables for marketing and promotional purposes.

  • Additional licensing, raw footage, or commercial resale rights must be negotiated separately.

Revisions

  • Projects include up to two rounds of basic revisions unless otherwise outlined in the proposal.

  • Additional edits may incur an extra fee.

Limitation of Liability

AerialFlix is not liable for:

  • Delays due to weather, airspace restrictions, or unforeseen equipment issues.

  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our footage or services.

Privacy Policy

Client information is handled securely and used only for the purpose of fulfilling contracted services. We do not share or sell client data to third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Volusia County, Florida.
